Why Choose Resource Services Staffing?

Many companies utilize this program as a means of “trying” a potential employee before hiring them. Interviews, oftentimes, don’t always uncover the work attitudes or aptitudes of the individual. This “working interview” will help you choose the right person and alleviate some of the risk in your permanent hiring.

Here is how it works:

  • Your company provides Resource Services with all of the specifications of the position to be filled.
  • Resource Services finds a match for you. Resource Services screens, tests and interviews candidates daily, which means we may have an immediate match to fit your needs.
  • Our employee works for Resource Services at your company for 480 hours.
  • After 480 hours you may hire our employee at no additional cost to your company or our employee.
  • Resource Services invoices your company once a week for hours worked the preceding week. Invoices are due payable upon receipt.
  • Resource Services assumes responsibility for newspaper advertising, Internet job postings, resume and application review, interviewing, reference checking, skills checking, unemployment compensation, workers compensation, FICA and all other payroll related costs.
